With over 25 years experience in the lease, remanufacture, sale, and fleet management of MOW equipment & hi-rail vehicles, Daniel Brown utilizes his comprehensive and pluralistic understanding of the rail industry’s multiple market segments to oversee company operations, improve safety and quality metrics, and foster and strengthen relations both internal and commercial.

Currently active in industry organizations, including service on the Board of Directors of the National Railroad Contractors and Maintenance Association (NRCMA).

Christo has over 13 years of experience in the railroad Maintenance-of-Way industry. He started at Racine Railroad Products, where he managed production planning for MOW equipment, forecasted sales budgets, and oversaw all production machine analysis. He then moved to Nordco, where he used his expertise in sales operations to quickly become the Marketing Operations Manager. At RELAM, Christo oversees rental programs for the largest MOW fleet of rental equipment in North America, working to solve customers’ issues by advising them on processes and equipment for railroad-related work. Having held various positions in sales, marketing, and aftermarket service and parts, Christo brings a clear understanding of how to increase efficiency and guarantee customer satisfaction to his role as Vice President of Leasing. His ultimate goal is to demonstrate the value of renting equipment in order to increase productivity and maximize profits. Christo is dedicated to simplifying the way we conduct business while driving excellence for his customers.

When Christo isn’t busy with work, he enjoys attending live music, boating on Lake Michigan, and spending time with family. A fun fact about Christo is that he lived in Xalapa, Veracruz and speaks Spanish.

Cody serves as the Vice President of Operations for Wiskerchen Truck and Equipment. He was the first employee of WTE at its inception in 2014 as a shop technician assembling trucks, then moved into the technical support and production manager role. After the RELAM/Wiskerchen Truck merger, he moved into his current role as VP of Operations overseeing parts, service, and technical support. Cody has been involved in the railroad industry for the entirety of his professional career with his previous role at IState Truck, formerly V&H Heavy Truck.

Outside of work, Cody enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters at the lake pontooning in the summer and snowmobiling the Wisconsin trails in the winter.
