OVERVIEW

The Geismar 360 is a multi-purpose, all-hydraulic, hi-rail crane powered by a turbo-charged Caterpillar water-cooled diesel engine. The Geismar 360 is designed specifically for railway needs. This crane operates through 360 degrees of rotation, is on- or off-trackable by its own means, and features a short tail swing, four-wheel drive, and crab-steering. The Geismar 360 is designed to make ditching and excavating work easy whether on or off the tracks, the company says. Its 22-foot reach is complemented by a full range of straight excavating buckets or slide-tilt ditching buckets.
