Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to support daily operations by managing inventory, issuing parts, and maintaining accurate records. This role is critical to keeping maintenance and production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and materials
• Issue parts to maintenance and operations personnel
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory software
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
• Coordinate with vendors and purchasing to reorder parts as needed
• Keep parts room/warehouse clean, organized, and labeled
• Assist with tracking part usage and identifying obsolete or low-stock items
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience as a parts clerk, stockroom attendant, or warehouse associates preferred
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, email, spreadsheets)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Forklift experience a plus (or willingness to be trained)
Schedule:
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Overtime may be required based on business needs

Safety Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Safety Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s safety and occupational health programs. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a safe and healthy work environment across all company operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Partner with management to develop, update, and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable OSHA, federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Manage required OSHA recordkeeping, reporting, and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and administrative support for safety initiatives.
• Exercise authority to stop operations or activities that pose imminent risk to employees or equipment.
• Identify and recommend corrective actions to reduce workplace injuries, accidents, and potential hazards.
• Conduct employee safety training and coordinate ongoing training programs.
• Review existing training materials and recommend improvements or updates.
• Perform routine safety inspections, audits, and walkthroughs to verify compliance.
• Prepare and maintain accident/incident reports, near-miss reports, and corrective action plans.
• Support safety-related projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
• Strong knowledge of company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective presentation and training facilitation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence safe work behaviors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
• Ability to travel 20–30% between company locations.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health and safety in an industrial environment (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds as needed.
• Ability to walk, stand, climb, and navigate the facility during inspections.
